We reserve the right to at any time, reject, correct, cancel or terminate any order for any reason whatsoever. If the price of any product you order was incorrectly displayed we will provide you with an opportunity to place an order at the correct price.

Warranty/Product Guarantee

Nobcor Products Inc. ("NPI") warrants that all manufactured products will be free of any defect in materials or workmanship for the Period of One (1) Year. Warranty begins from the date of shipment from an NPI facility. The warranty is extended to customers and applies to all NPI manufactured equipment purchased, installed, and used for the purpose for which such equipment was originally designed. The above warranties cover only defects arising under normal use and do not include malfunctions or failures resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, accident, improper care, neglect, alteration, usage not in accordance with product instructions, acts of nature, extensive use, natural breakdown of colours and material through time or improper installation or repairs made by anyone other than NPI or NPI authorized third-party dealers/service providers. NPI reserves the right to substitute functionally equivalent new or serviceable used parts.

If an NPI product is found to be defective after inspection by a warranty technician, NPI will repair or replace the product with an existing comparable model at the technician’s discretion. NPI is not liable for any damages, losses and/or costs incurred resulting from the loss or usage of our products.

Limited Warranty Policy Limitations (Warranty policy is subject to the following limitations):

All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt from an authorized dealer.
All warranty claims returned must have a prior return authorization.
Repaired or replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty.

How to Process a Warranty Claim

We recommend customers first try to process their warranty through an authorized dealer. If unsuccessful, please contact Nobcor Products Inc. to see what options you may have.

It is also recommended that you submit an email to obtain Warranty Authorization from a Nobcor Products Inc. representative. When emailing: please include pictures of the item, a picture of the proof of purchase, warranty description, customer address and phone number.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for all costs incurred on shipping warranty item(s) to NPI. NPI will cover shipping costs on replacement or repaired item(s) shipping back to the customer.

Legal Disclaimer

The purchaser (hereinafter called “the user”) of Nobcor's Products ("Straps, Harnesses") hereby agrees to WAIVE any and all claims that he/she may have now or in the future against Nobcor Products Inc. and/or its/their employees, parents, heirs and successors. The user freely ACCEPTS AND FULLY ASSUMES all such risks and possibility of personal injury, death, property damage, expense and related loss, including loss of income, resulting from the use of our PRODUCTS; and AGREES TO FOREVER RELEASE the company (Nobcor Products Inc. and "Dealers/Distributors") from any and all liability for any and all claims, demands, actions, damages (including direct, indirect, special and/or consequential), losses, actions, judgments, and costs (including legal fees) (collectively, the “Claims”) which the user may have or may in the future, that might arise out of, result from, or relate to the use of the any of our products, even though such Claims may have been caused by any manner whatsoever, including but not limited to, the negligence, gross negligence, negligent rescue, omissions, carelessness, breach of contract and/or breach of any statutory duty of care of the Companies.
